1 Introduction & Acceptance

fb44 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") operates as an international online betting and casino service. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between fb44 and each registered member ("you", "your", "the Member").

By completing the registration process on fb44 — including ticking the acceptance checkbox — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Acceptance is a prerequisite for access to any part of the Platform beyond the public-facing informational pages.

fb44 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via the email address or contact information associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on fb44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fb44 operates a strict minimum age policy. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited in all circumstances.
• You are registering and using the Platform on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing fb44 account that is active, suspended, or closed under any email address, mobile number, or identity document.
• You are not located in, and are not a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying your own legal position.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fb44, nor an immediate family member of such a person, in circumstances where account registration would constitute a conflict of interest under our internal policies.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

3 Account Management

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one account on the fb44 Platform. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement.

Where fb44 identifies duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts without notice, void all pending and settled wagers placed across those accounts, and permanently forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein. The determination of whether accounts are duplicates rests solely with fb44, and our decision in such matters is final.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. fb44 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, SMS, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.

fb44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of this Agreement has occurred or is likely to occur. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity theft, we may also be obligated to report the matter to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the fb44 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fb44 does not accept transactions in any other currency. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Nagad — instant mobile wallet transfer
• Rocket — mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — mobile financial service
• Dutch-Bangla Bank — direct bank transfer
• City Bank — direct bank transfer
• BRAC Bank — direct bank transfer
• Islami Bank — direct bank transfer
• Sonali Bank — direct bank transfer

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. fb44 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees — members are responsible for verifying this with their provider directly.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been previously used for a deposit on the same account. This requirement is in place as part of our anti-money laundering controls. Withdrawals to a method not previously used for a deposit will not be processed. fb44 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the withdrawal being held pending resolution.

fb44 reserves the right to perform additional checks on large transactions in line with our internal risk and compliance procedures. Transactions that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be reversed or held pending further investigation. Members found to have used payment methods belonging to third parties will have their accounts suspended and all associated funds held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fb44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing members. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the promotion at the time it is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer only.

General rules applicable to all fb44 bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are credited to the member's account in BDT and are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a member's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds deposited while a bonus is active will be used for wagering before bonus funds, unless the Platform interface specifies otherwise.
• fb44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, or to modify the terms of a bonus already credited to a member's account, in circumstances where we have reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being misused, exploited, or claimed by ineligible participants.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Professional bettors, syndicates, and members using systematic or automated strategies to exploit bonus offers will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the fb44 sportsbook are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook help section. Football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are governed by their respective published rules.

fb44 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed on an event that has been cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules.
• There is clear evidence that the odds offered were the result of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake not reflective of true market conditions.
• The integrity of the event is in question due to suspected match-fixing, corruption, or irregularity, pending investigation by the relevant sporting authority.
• The bet was placed after the event or market outcome had already been determined, regardless of whether the Platform displayed the market as open at the time.

Casino game rules, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages, are determined by the individual game providers — Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and others — and are embedded within each game's interface. fb44 does not modify game outcomes. All results are produced by certified random number generator technology within the provider's game engine.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet or casino game outcome, the record held in fb44's system logs shall be considered the definitive record. Members who wish to raise a formal dispute must do so within 30 days of the relevant transaction date. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb44 Platform. Any member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Money laundering — using the fb44 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Match-fixing and corruption — placing bets on events where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, any arrangement intended to influence the outcome for betting purposes.
• Collusion — coordinating with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market offered on the Platform.
• Automated wagering — using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform without manual human input.
• Arbitrage exploitation — systematically placing bets to exploit pricing inconsistencies between fb44 and other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider for funds that were genuinely deposited to and used on your fb44 account.
• Account sharing or transfer — allowing any third party to access, operate, or benefit from your fb44 account.
• Hacking or interference — attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the fb44 Platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other members.

8 Responsible Gaming

fb44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to personal difficulties. The following tools are available to all registered members directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session time alerts — receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 30 days and 5 years, or permanently.
• Reality checks — periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and money wagered during a session.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the fb44 Platform — including but not limited to the fb44 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces supplied under licence from third-party providers, and all other materials — is the property of fb44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, download (other than page caching for personal use), transmit, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.

The fb44 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers may not be used in any way that is likely to cause confusion, disparagement, or reputational harm to fb44 or any of its licensors. Unauthorised use of fb44 intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

10 Privacy & Data

• Any actions taken by fb44 in good faith pursuant to these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension, bet voiding, or withdrawal processing decisions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit fb44's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Amendments & Termination

fb44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where we consider an amendment to be material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations under this Agreement — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

fb44 may terminate your account and this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or the decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction. Upon termination, any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations or liabilities) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required verification.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting fb44 support via live chat. Voluntary account closure will be processed within one business day of receipt of the request.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to fb44's operating jurisdiction. fb44 operates as an international platform. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is compliant with the laws of their own jurisdiction, including any local regulations relating to online gambling.

fb44 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from territories where online gambling is prohibited is undertaken entirely at the member's own risk and is not condoned by fb44. fb44 reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at any time and without notice.

In the event of any dispute between a member and fb44 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
